We received an email from a user about a problem he had
with an operation identified on his credit card bill as "WLI*Reservation Rewards CT 800-732-7031".

He said fraudulent 9.00 charges from ReservationRewards started appearing on his credit card in December, 2005.

Because of these unknown, fraudulent charges I cancelled my old card number and received a new card and account number. Even with the new account number, I was shocked to find that the fraudulent charge was AGAIN charged to my new account number.

I had automatic billing with NetFlix, and they needed the new account number. However, somehow the fraudulent charge from WLI*ReservationRewards again showed up on my NEW account.

This is extremely disturbing. It indicates to me that CitiCard has very lax security. I was so disturbed that I had to close my CitiCard account immediately.

Again, I am upset and shocked with respect to CitiCard's behavior with respect to fraudulent charges from ReservationRewards that account closure is my only recourse.
